  • Before the session, I’ll ask what you’d like to focus on so we can make the most of the time. If there’s anything specific I need from you, I’ll let you know in advance.

  • It can be, depending on your needs. If you only need occasional, focused support, a Power Hour works well. If you need more consistent, ongoing help, a package may be a better fit.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to book additional sessions if you have more to work through. Some clients use Power Hours regularly, while others use them as a one-off when they need support.
