  • If you’re unsure which level of support you need, we can talk through your business, your workload, and where you need the most help. I’ll then recommend the most suitable option, and we can always adjust as things evolve.

  • I support across a wide range of areas, including inbox and diary management, accounts admin, customer service, project coordination, travel planning, and operations & systems support. If you’re unsure, just ask — I’m always happy to talk it through.

  • Not necessarily. I offer both ongoing monthly packages and more flexible options like ad hoc support and Power Hours. If you’re not sure what you need yet, we can start with something smaller and build from there.

  • I aim to get new clients onboarded as smoothly and quickly as possible. Once we’ve agreed the right level of support, we can usually get started within a short timeframe.

  • As much or as little as you’d like. Some clients prefer to stay closely involved, while others hand over the day-to-day. The level of involvement is always tailored to how you like to work.

  • That’s completely fine — feel free to get in touch and we can have a quick chat about your business and what you need. There’s no pressure to commit.
